This means that the original video cloud not be encoded. Probably because :

• Original video is corrupted.
• Original video with 5.1 audio channels is not yet supported, usually in this case thumb photo will work but video will not.
• Input codec is unknown or unsupported, usually in this case both video and thumbs will not work.
