Currently, we don't have the option to manually change the size of the thumbnails for the "Tilt Viewer" skin.
However, a user can change the size of the "skin" itself. Using this skin, if user's hover the mouse over their gallery, the size of the thumbnails automatically changes while scrolling the mouse.
