How can I set a video opening and closing screen or thumbnail?

• Add any still image to the gallery where you have the video
• In the style page set the content size to large (to make it load faster) and the rotate time to 0
• Make sure that the image comes before your video in the order page
• You can also add a still image after the video and add a call-to-action message like "click next to buy".
