Can I add captions to my videos?

Placing captions/descriptions for the videos can be edited, you have to go to your My Galleries.

Select the gallery of that video and choose Text & Reorder.

Yes. Go to your My Galleries page, select the gallery of that video that you want to caption and choose Text & Reorder.
