Can I upload files using a Mac?

Yes. The Cincopa Desktop Media Agent is only available for Windows but Mac users can use these other upload options:

• The Web Uploader (Option 1 in the image below)

• Upload from URL  (Option 3 in the image below)

You can access either of these options by:

1. Log in to your Cincopa Account
2. Click Media Platform at the top of the page
3. Click Media Library underneath Media Platform near the top of the page
4. Click Upload on the Media Library page
