How do I resynchronize my Cincopa Desktop Media Agent?

To resynchronize ("resync") your Cincopa Desktop Media Agent, follow these steps:

  • Start the Cincopa Desktop Media Agent from your Start Menu if it is not already running.


  • If your Cincopa Desktop Media Agent is already running, open it from your notification area


  • Make sure that all the folders you want the Cincopa Desktop Media Agent are listed, then click the Confirm button


  • A notification balloon will appear in the notification area letting you know the Cincopa Desktop Agent is indexing and synchronizing your content with your CloudDrive. The synchronization process may take several minutes to complete depending on the amount of content to be synchronized.
