How can I download files from my Cloud Drive?

To download files from your Cloud Drive, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Cincopa.com account
2. Click Remote Access at the top of the page
3. Just beneath the Cincopa logo at the top left of the page, click Cloud Drive. You will see a list of your folders.
4. Open the folder you want to access, then click the item you want to download.
5. In the new window that opens, click the download button at the top right corner to download the file.
