Can I transfer images and galleries from one Cincopa account to another?

 Cincopa don't have a way to transfer galleries between two accounts.

if you need to have different account you can do it in 2 ways:

1. Download your images from existing account to your PC. Learn here how to download one image or download the whole gallery

Then you will need to upload the images to the new account and create new galleries to generate new gallery ID

2. You can also transfer your account to new one by changing the email address and password associated with your account on the My Account page.
