I've installed the Cincopa Media Agent and I'm trying to make my first gallery in WordPress. I have an option to refresh my site to continue after installing the agent but nothing happens. What might be the problem?

You need to login with your userlogin and password in the Cincopa media agent and then add some folders before you'll be able to continue with the refresh button.
