How do I use multiple accounts with the Cincopa Media Agent? Do I need to install an agent for each account?

Each Cincopa Media Agent can handle multiple accounts while maintaining total separation and anonymity between them. You do not need to install a separate agent for each account.

To do this, sign out on the media client itself - not the web (right-click on the Cincopa icon in the taskbar near the clock, and choose signout), then sign in on the media agent with the new account userlogin and password and follow the instructions to setup the folders.
