How do I disable the Cincopa Desktop Media Agent?

You can do one of several things to accomplish this:

1. Right click the Cincopa Agent icon in the notification area (near your clock) and choose Exit.
2. Remove the Cincopa Agent from the Startup folder on your Start Menu (if present).
3. Set the service "cincopaAgent" to manual instead of automatic in the Services section of Computer Management. Do not set the service to disabled, as the Cincopa Agent software will fail to start.
